It will be necessary for you to check with your insurance company that your proposed treatment is covered by your policy.

You will be asked to bring with you your insurance registration document and completed claim form, or alternatively proof of pre-authorisation, on your day of treatment. If you do not have all your relevant insurance details with you, it may be necessary for you to settle your account in full on admission.
