Ownership Information 

The Guildford Clinic was been developed by Independent Healthcare Specialists (IHS) ,  a group of local Medical Practitioners and Consultants all registered with the GMC and the specialist register – in partnership with Nuffield Health.  IHS were subsequently bought out by Nuffield Health in July 2010 who now wholly own the Guildford Clinic.

Nuffield Health and its subsidiary ‘Nuffield Hospitals’ was established in 1957 and has over 50 years’ experience of delivering healthcare services. It is the UK’s largest registered charity dedicated to providing high standards in healthcare on a not for profit basis.
